4. User Responsibilities

  • Properly package items to prevent damage or injury
  • Follow all local laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

You are solely responsible for the contents of your packages.

5. Prohibited Items

You may NOT use Jaber Jamaica to transport:

  • Drugs or illegal substances
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
  • Stolen property
  • Hazardous or toxic materials
  • Any item prohibited by Jamaican law
  • Perishable or harmful goods not properly packaged

Jaber Jamaica reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or report suspicious packages to authorities.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Delivery fees will be shown before confirmation
  • Payments may be required in advance or upon delivery
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, weight, time, or service type
  • Additional fees may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or special handling

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of service, permanent account suspension, or legal action if necessary.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Jaber Jamaica makes every effort to complete deliveries on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Bad weather or flooding
  • Accidents or road closures
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Unavailable recipients
  • Force majeure events

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

8. Damage or Loss

  • Damage caused by poor packaging
  • Loss of prohibited items
  • Natural disasters or accidents
  • Third-party interference

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Our maximum liability (where legally permitted) shall not exceed the delivery fee paid.

9. Refunds & Cancellations
