Delete Account Policy
At Jabermart, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your account and personal data. This page explains how you can request account deletion, what happens to your data, and the account recovery options available.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Jabermart account directly from within the mobile application:
- Open the Jabermart app and log in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the information provided.
- Confirm your deletion request.

What Happens to Your Information?
Once a deletion request is submitted, your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.
Personal information associated with your account may include:
- Name and profile information
- Email address and phone number
- Saved addresses
- Order history
- Payment preferences
- App activity and account settings
This information will be permanently removed from our active systems after the retention period expires.
Data Retention
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Taxation and financial record keeping
- Dispute resolution and audit requirements
Any retained information is stored securely and only for as long as required by applicable laws.
Account Recovery
After a deletion request is submitted, your account enters a temporary deactivation period of 30 days.
During this period, you may contact our support team to cancel the deletion request and restore access to your account.
After the 30-day period expires, the deletion becomes permanent and account recovery will no longer be possible.
